Accessibility

This site is built to the principles of WCAG 2.2 level AA. Where something falls short, we would rather know.

01

Measures in place

  • Semantic landmarks, a single H1 per page and a logical heading order.
  • A skip link that is hidden until it receives keyboard focus.
  • Full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
  • Text and interface colours checked for contrast against the page background.
  • Labelled form fields with errors announced in text, not colour alone.
  • Descriptive alternative text on photography, with captions stating what each image shows.
  • Motion reduced to near-zero when the operating system requests reduced motion.
  • Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling at 200% zoom and at small screen widths.
02

Known limitations

Web fonts are loaded from a third-party service; if that service is unavailable the site falls back to system typefaces, which changes appearance but not readability. Accessibility is reviewed when pages change rather than on a fixed schedule.

03

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from getting the information you need, tell us through the contact page and describe the page and what happened. We will provide the information in another format while the issue is corrected.

No formal third-party accessibility audit or certification is claimed for this website.
