Engineers who write down what they assumed

We look for judgement, clarity in writing and the discipline to distinguish what has been analysed from what has been assumed. Everything else is teachable.

Current openings

No positions are advertised on this page at present.

Vacancies are listed here only when they are genuinely open, with the discipline, level and location stated. We do not keep speculative listings live to collect applications. Expressions of interest are still welcome and are held for consideration when a role opens.

How applications are reviewed

  1. 01An engineer in the relevant discipline reads the application, not a keyword filter.
  2. 02A technical conversation about work you have actually done, and the decisions you made in it.
  3. 03A short review of a piece of your own writing or calculation set, where you are able to share one.
  4. 04A clear answer either way, with the reasoning, rather than silence.

Disciplines within the practice

Support toward professional registration is discussed individually and set out in writing as part of any offer, along with the specific terms of the role.

No salary ranges, benefits, graduate programmes, employee testimonials or workplace awards are published here. Terms are stated in writing during recruitment, not advertised in advance.
