How applications are reviewed
- An engineer in the relevant discipline reads the application, not a keyword filter.
- A technical conversation about work you have actually done, and the decisions you made in it.
- A short review of a piece of your own writing or calculation set, where you are able to share one.
- A clear answer either way, with the reasoning, rather than silence.
