Privacy

A plain statement of what this website collects, what it does not, and how enquiry information is handled.

01

Information this website collects

The enquiry builder on the contact page runs entirely in your browser. The details you enter are held in the page while you use it and are copied to your clipboard only when you choose to copy them. Nothing you type is transmitted to Caisson by this website.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party behavioural tracking. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page.

02

Information you send us directly

When you contact the practice, we hold the details you provide for the purpose of responding to and administering the enquiry, and any resulting appointment. We use it for that purpose only and do not sell or trade it.

03

Confidential project material

Do not send confidential drawings, tender documents, operational data or personal information about third parties through general correspondence. Secure transfer arrangements are agreed before such material is exchanged.

04

Retention

Enquiry and project records are retained for as long as required to deliver the engagement and to meet the professional, insurance and legal record-keeping obligations that apply to engineering work.

05

Your rights

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal or professional obligation requires us to keep it. Requests are handled through the contact page.

This statement describes current practice for this website. It is not legal advice, and it does not override the specific data-handling terms of a signed engagement.
