Involvement is most valuable while options are still open, before geometry, ground strategy or plant selection is fixed. Where we join a project later, the first task is establishing what has already been assumed and what evidence supports it.
Deliverables, review points and the limits of the appointment are set out in the engagement documents so that responsibility between design team members is unambiguous.
